1. How does 800Click work?

800Click uses a technology called Pay-per-Call. When an advertiser joins the service, he registers phone numbers where he wants to receive calls. He can list multiple numbers for different departments - such as sales or service. Then, the advertiser puts a Pay-per-Call icon on his web site. Your customers click on the icon, and the call instantly connects to your number. As soon as you answer the call you are talking to your customer. |

2. What if my customer can't use his PC for a phone?

800Click also provides a service called 'Call Me Back.' Using Call Me Back, a customer enters his phone number on a dialing pad and the system will also call him back at that number and also call you. One advantage of this system is that the customer can specify when to get the callback, say in 1 minute or 1 hour. This will give him a chance to get to a phone at his convenience. |

3. Does 800Click work for overseas
customers?

Yes, whether the customer uses a PC based phone or Call-Me-Back, International calls are made over high quality circuits. You may choose to allow/deny all International calls or allow/deny calls from countries you select. |

For Customers, there is no charge. As an advertiser, you pay a low yearly or monthly fee and per minute charges for the phone call. See our fee table. |

7. Which phone number shall I use as my ring-to number for Pay-per-Call service?

We suggest you use your business phone as your ring-to number. If you have a sales department with multiple numbers, a hunt group can be set up. It is also possible to use 800Click for multiple departments (sales, service etc,) with different numbers for each department. |

8. How can I manage when I receive calls?
|
 |
|
 |
Based on time-of-day, you can specify what numbers a customer can call in on. If you specify more than one number,
the customer will be routed to the first open line. If all lines are busy, the customer will be routed to Voice
Mail. You can also set up numbers based on 2 daily time periods. If you unexpectedly will not be available, you can
manually route calls to voice mail or a specific number.

9. How do I set up my account?

Setup is a simple process that can take only a few minutes:
1. Sign up for a new account.
2. Log in to your account with your email and password .
3. Set up your incoming phone numbers, Voice Mail and email.
4. Using the html code we provide, add Pay-per-Call icons to your web site or email.
5. Customize your 800Click dialog box with your logo.
